20% BONUS Promotion - Terms & Conditions

COMMUNE GROUP Gift Card Promotion — Terms & Conditions Promotion Period: 1 June 2026 – 31 July 2026

1. 1. Promotion Period This Promotion is valid from 1 June 2026 to 31 July 2026 ("Promotion Period"). Purchases made outside of the Promotion Period are not eligible for the bonus value offer.

   2. Eligibility This Promotion is open to customers who:

   • Buy a gift voucher online only via https://www.communegroup.com.au/gifts during the Promotion Period

   • Are at least 18 years of age

   • Buy a voucher with a minimum value of $50

   • Are not employees of Commune Group

   3. Promotion Details Customers who buy a gift voucher during the Promotion Period will receive 20% additional value on the total voucher amount.

   Examples:

   • Buy a $100 voucher and receive $120 in total value

   • Buy a $200 voucher and receive $240 in total value

   Vouchers are available in $50 increments, up to $1,000.

   The additional 20% value will be issued as a separate bonus voucher, delivered via email within 1-2 business days of the original purchase.

   All vouchers (including the bonus voucher) are valid for 36 months from the date of issue.

   4. Voucher Usage Gift vouchers are redeemable at all Commune Group venues, including:

   • Hanoi Hannah (Vol. II & Express Lane)

   • Firebird

   • Tokyo Tina

   • Studio Amaro

   • Moonhouse

   • New Quarter

   Vouchers:

   • Are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash

   • May be used across multiple transactions and venues until the balance is exhausted

   • Cannot be used to purchase other vouchers or gift cards

   • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or discounts unless otherwise stated

   If the purchase exceeds the voucher value, the difference must be paid by the customer. No credit or change will be given for unused amounts.

   Vouchers may be used for large group bookings but cannot be used for function bookings, exclusive venue hire, or pre-paid event packages.

   5. Returns & Refunds Vouchers purchased during this Promotion are non-refundable. If a refund is approved for the original voucher purchase, the 20% bonus voucher will be forfeited.

   6. Stock Availability Voucher availability and denominations are subject to capacity. Commune Group reserves the right to limit the number of vouchers purchased per customer during the Promotion Period.

   7. Changes and Cancellation Commune Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of system errors, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances, Commune Group reserves the right to cancel affected purchases and refund the original voucher value.

   8. Limitation of Liability Commune Group will not be held liable for any loss, damage, or inability to redeem vouchers due to system issues, delays, or unauthorised use.

   9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. All participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia.
